the reason i’m leaving the 3 stars is due to the fact the workers have to deal with so much on a daily basis and don’t get any help or recognition for what they have to put up with, i have been in the store while they have people threatening them with violence or just screaming vulgar things at these employees, the queen st people put up with so much and yet they are always dedicated to their jobs, they deserve a way higher pay for the crap they have to put up with.
if you’re going for customer service and great recommendations i would choose this location they will help you out no matter your budget, just expect to see some things outside the store or sometimes even inside…
